McGehee's pot of coffee

Nice article on Casey McGehee from his hometown paper in Fresno. (Well, not quite hometown; he grew up in Santa Cruz and went to school in Fresno.) He reports

I came home early during Thanksgiving and I got myself a personal trainer in Tennessee and I was there for four days a week. He was killing me, but I think that was the biggest difference when I came to camp because I was stronger and agile. I felt like my range of motion improved a lot.
